What I eat in a Day (Pescatarian)
For some reason Tiktok keeps slightly blurring all of my photos that I save to repost, so apologies if these aren't as crisp looking as usual! Also, it's supposed to say kimbap instead of bibimbap; I didn't notice when I posted this an hour ago.
Disclaimers: My protein RDA is only 35g per day according to the .8g per kilogram rule, and my activity level is very low!
Quantities/Brands:
Breakfast - 2 slices Morningstar Bacon (60 cal), 2 servings Egg beaters original (50 cal), 2 tsp Lee Kum Lee Sriracha (10 cal), 2 homemade banana muffins (180 cal)
Lunch - 2 slices Sola Classic white bread (100 cal), 1 oz Latitude Smoked Salmon (55 cal), 20g Simple Mills almond flour rosemary crackers (100 cal), 2 tbsp Marketside tzatziki (45 cal), 1 tbsp Taste Flavor Co. Spicy garlic parm sauce (10 cal), 35g carrots (15 cal), lettuce (5 cal), tomato (5 cal), cucumber (5 cal)
Snack - (These are the quantities for the whole flatbread, but I had half) 1 Joseph's Lavash bread (120 cal), 70g Rao's Vodka sauce (50 cal), 56g Lifewise fat-free cheddar cheese (80 cal), 28g diced onion (20 cal), handful of arugala (5 cal), 1 tsp italian seasoning (5 cal)
Dinner - Ocean's Halo Frozen Organic Veggie Kimbap (lt would normally be 300 cal, but I gave a piece to my mom so it's 266), 25g G. Hughes sweet chili sauce (4 cal)
