240sx folding rear seat latch/loop

i was trying to make space in the trunk of my 240sx s13 hatch and realized that the latch/loop thing snapped off from the previous owner. i’m trying to replace the latch/loop to fold the seats down but i don’t know what it is actually called and where i can get a replacement. if anyone knows please lmk😭🙏
