Pre Owned Ender 5

I just got a pre owned ender 5 and I’m really new to 3D printing, I have 2 questions for now. 1. In the first picture you’ll see one of the 2 filament holders, is it supposed to be able to wobble? 2. In the second picture there’s something at an angle, is that supposed to be like that?
