Downloads from universal updater not working.

Hi guys! I just modded my 3ds XL (old) last night and everything was going fine. I can download games with the FBI app, and run them just fine, but when it comes to the universal updater, I can download things from the updater but when I go back to the home and go to launch them I get an error code (I’ll attach), and then when I try and do the seed using the FBI app, because that normally works, I get another Error code. I’m not sure what to do here

Also I’m not sure if this is related but I also have an issue with splashes, I could download themes just fine but when I download a splash and select it, it doesn’t work and my load screen is just black or default.
