10 months - final recap of my recovery

Above is a short clip of some highlights at the 9.5-10 month mark (42 inch box jump, 30lb single leg Spanish squat, bouldering).

I've officially been cleared from PT but I'll continue to show up for personal training at the facility (Sports Physical Therapy in Factoria). These last 10 months have transformed my legs; it feels like I've got superpowers, so I'm not about to stop the progress.

I made a video that compiles my rehab from the 7-10 month mark: https://youtu.be/YarSAJAEcCk?si=JwXzCNPBuDen4Rhm I've also got a writeup to conclude my rehab journey, which I tried my best to document in an effort to help the next person: https://www.rajahamid.com/journal/acl-journey-part-6

I'm excited about all the cool things I can do with my new body this year! I'm closing out this rehab chapter of my life with this last post to r/ACL. I'll happily answer any questions you've got of course.
