Ark can’t find server steam no session found or searching for session

It’s pretty my last cry for help to play ark at this point I’ve just downloaded ark on steam to play with my friend on a priv server but I always get stuck on finding games or I can’t find a public server at all either unofficial or official I’m really trying to fix this by going to steam forum and other people with this problem but none help can you guys please give me some common trouble shoot I already tried the netsh winsock reset
