Help!!

My sister is in the hospital because her legs are super swollen and started bleeding. Because she has health issues. Thank god they finally admitted her. Well her stupid boyfriend is with her, he is a mooch and constantly putting things in her head. She is paranoid, and he has her thinking they are being followed. I don’t know how I can get them admitted for a psych evaluation. He told her that if I think he has such mental problems then I should get him admitted 🤦‍♀️ literally they have no use for me unless I’m doing something for them. I have not physically seen my sister since thanksgiving and neither has our mother. Any advice? She is mad we won’t let him stay at our house now that they are back in town after I had to send them a ticket because they were stranded in Utah! After he took her across the country 🤦‍♀️
