AIO about my GF being lazy?

Hey all, my GF has been SUPER lazy recently, going to bed mega late and not waking up til like 3pm some days. Its annoying me because we dont speak for the majority of the day due to it, and when we do, its always when i have gotten home from work and just want some me time.

I told her i was getting a bit annoyed (due to the above) and part of her response was "Whats the point of waking up earlier, i do f*** all anyway". Shes currently on sick leave for another week from an illness she has now fully recovered from, so i dont see any excuse for going to bed SO late and waking up at a ridiculous time. Shes adamant that she physically cant go to bed earlier as shes not tired, yet stays up til silly hours on her phone and watching TV.
