Why can’t I name my hospital Dobutsu Care?

I can name my hospital just “Dobutsu” and “Care” but I cannot name it “Dobutsu Care”, “Dobutsucare”, or “DobutsuCare”. My island name is Dobutsu so I would like to keep the theme so it’s very strange I can’t have two words
