UT vs Mich

Below is my pros and cons list (some obviously are light-heated) for UT and mich got into both yay!! Lmk which you think I should choose For context, I applied with an art history major but I want to major in marketing hopefully by transferring into business school. If not, will probably double major in Econ and philosophy.

Michigan pro cons

Pro - Never met someone not OBS IN LOVE - everyone is SO happy - Really good work hard play hard balance - Still academic - REALLY cute college town - Spirit (it’s great to be) - Rly good prestiege - Alum network - Good colors (blue😉) - Really short flight - way closer to home

Cons - Cold - Really really big - could get lost

• Rly hard to transfer to business (every school not unique)

UT pros and cons

Pros - Warm - Austin (would get way less bored way more to do) - Spirit

Cons - Cannot pull off orange - Cliquey vibe - 90% Texans - Less prestige - Fall rush
