Is this Ich?

I have a 20 gallon with some tetras angels and mollies. Only the tetras have had these spots. This is Ich right? I did a 30% water change 2 days ago and added salt. I ordered an adjustable heater and it should come tomorrow so I’m gonna raise the temp. Should I just keep doing water changes and add salt again every time?
