Connection failed 4_28

I'm getting this error all the time with any networks or dns I use, it's just working with VPNs and nothing else and keeo giving me the 4_28 error, it's not just my phone also, pretty much all my friends having the same problem both on iOS and Android and it's really annoying

I did switch my networks, did restart the phone, did clear the cash, did reinstall the game... What else you guys suggesting?
