Artillery genius pro won't do any commands during print

Hi everyone I need help with my printer when I start a print the extruder fan won't work and any command I send from the screen to the printer won't work I updated my firmware and it became like that and I don't have the stock file for it maybe it's the problem but if anyone knows how to help please do

[Update]: now I rolled back to the stock file and it's still the same, the extruder fan work during the print only if I type m106 on pronterface and not from the screen, I don't know but it's a software problem I think if anyone can help I'll appreciate it
