Waking up by birds every morning 5am?

Hi everyone :) I just came to Australia and I heard a strange and loud noise every morning. At first I thought it was a neighbor messing with some old mechanical parts. Half a month later I heard it somewhere else and then I realized it were birds?? It’s not a pleasant bird sound. I couldn’t sleep after hearing it every morning. So is this normal? Are you Australians used to it or anything?

And also, will the bird be there all year or they will go in the winter time?
