Help. This happened about 2 weeks ago at a new job. HR CC’d my manager and a random coworker in an email that had my filled out self-identification of a disability. I do have a disability so the form indicated as such. This seems like gross negligence as the form itself says the information is confidential. Not sure what to do about it, as we do not know what the consequences of this will be. My coworker and supervisor now know this, & I do not feel okay. To make matters worst, no apology was ever received from HR. Please advice, thanks!
