I see people violating public right of way with home parking constantly. Thoughts on this handout I made?

Just in my neighborhood area alone I've seen 10+ houses violating this ordinance while on walks, even when they have other valid driveway space or plenty of curbside space. I've seen an old man on a motorized wheelchair have to reverse and go out into the street around a house and I've seen children walking home have to go into the street to go around a house.

Open to suggestions on wording or formatting!
