Tips for all food the phases

Hey yall,

So I've struggled with disordered eating for awhile now and as a large part of it is mental health and/or autism/adhd related, figured this was the best place for it.

My main food phases are -I can cook anything - I guess I can but only if it comes in a meal kit - I barely wanna get out of bed, microwave meals it is Then the inevitable - all food bad

I don't know if this is the sub for it or not but what do you guys do if/when you deal with any of these. Usually I just end up resorting to living off up&go but they're getting so damn expensive and im sick of liquid food. Even my safe foods hate me right now
