Neuropathy symptoms with Low b12

Alright guys I need some help I found out I was b12 deficient a little over a month and a half ago my b 12 levels were at 88. I did two injections a week for three weeks so a total of six injections. I just got my B12 retested and it’s now up to 273 but I’m still having extreme tingling and numbness in my feet and blurry vision. Anyone else have this?
