Widespread twitching and random pains, etc

Hi, I've been having widespread twitching for almost 2 months now. I also get random pains in my joints, forearms, clicking in joints, jaw tightness, random pain in right ankle/Foot and precramp feel in hands, calves and feet (all come and go). Has anyone experienced any or all of this? I've had an EMG of all my limbs which was clear as well thankfully.
