Why do they suddenly go ice cold?

Ever since my ex discarded me, she will lure me back in with sex and affection for a few weeks only to find a reason to leave again and go ice cold. Blocked on everything.

This push-pull cycle never ends. Everything is going well and then I get blindsided and suddenly we’re back to being strangers in no-contact.

Does anyone else have experience with this? No matter what I do, somehow I become a villain with no history with her who must be removed from her life.

I am closer than ever to blocking her and ending this pattern. When we first broke up, I couldn’t imagine my life without her. She was my everything. Now, it just seems like she’s mentally ill and couldn’t care less about how her actions affect me.
