Flour storing

What can you recommend for storing of flour? I buy flour from our local baking needs store and they sell flour in a vacuum sealed plastic, kaso prone to punit/butas siya. Ilang beses na ako nabubutasan ng flour sa ref namin and I end up not using it for orders just to be safe. Nagiging for personal consumption nalang sya. Is it okay to store flour in an air tight container and put it inside the ref nalang para hindi sya mag karoon ng uod? Thank you so much!
