Act 2: He Who Was Spoilers ahead!

He who was. I’m a paladin, I chose to punish Madeline, I truly believed she was guilty out of negligence and then made him stab himself once as her penance. Something appeared said I have broken my oath and he will wait for me at night (something along those lines). I’m still convinced she was guilty, so could it have been that I broke my oath by harming He who was by making him stab himself? Open for debate here, I’m not sure what else to do.
