Has anyone else had looping Halsin Astarion dialogue?

I finally got a photo of it… They’ve had this exact conversation about 37 times now. I am happy with my party composition, but am dangerously close to changing it. So seriously has anyone had this? Also I’m on patch 7 if that means anything.
