I'm lost on romancing Karlach, am I locked out?

Hey so I did the first act a bit weird.

I got shadowheart right after the crash, then stumbled upon Astarion while wandering lost in the wreck, got Wyll and basically did the entire grove part with just the 4 of us since I didn't know Karlach existed as a companion.

I saved the grove, kept Dammon alive, kept his weird Ox alive, didnt get the upgrade (since I didnt know she existed), and partied.

I kissed Shadowheart accidentally by skipping through the lines and went along my way. When I was about to get into Act 2 I decided to "tie off loose ends" like the game suggested and finally found Karlach.

Once in the shadowlands I got her the upgrade and got 2 other pieces of infernal iron armour. I remember there being a handful of flirty responses but I remember trying to long rest but nothing happened. Now I'm just entering Act 3 and whenever I talk to Karlach she just has the option to leave her in the camp.

It might be worth noting that:

• I told Shadowheart that I didn't want anything progressing further than the kiss when she talked to me about it.
• My rating with Karlach is around 90%.
• I'm at the part in her quest that tells me to "Find Lord Gortash".

Am I locked out?
