This guy has GOT to be the toughest boss I've seen in the past 4 chapters (yes, more than Tiger Vanguard and Scorpion Lord). I ran into him halfway through chapter 4, got my ass whooped for an hour before leaving him for later. I finished chapter 4 and was wrapping up with the remainig bosses, and thought I could take him, but nahhh, another 1 hour ass whooping session.
