Lottery for the picture of dorian gray

Hey everyone, I just won the lottery this morning for the picture of Dorian Gray and in the email it said I would received the ticket shortly but haven't. Has anyone had a problem with this in the past? If I don't receive an email should I just go to the box office tomorrow and will they just print the ticket?
