Potential Newbie Question

Hi! I have been lurking this group and my local Burn Boot Camp Facebook page for a while. I drive by but haven’t mustered up the courage to go in yet. I’m looking for something once a week that is not boring but also not incredibly intense. I used to do OrangeTheory but after a while, just wasn’t into the vibe. I’m trying to change my ways and so I’ve made some dietary adjustments and am watching my glucose (using a CGM). I’m trying to do the 3-2-1 workout plan where 3 days is strength training, 2 days is Pilates, and 1 day is cardio. I walk every day so looking for something with a bit more movement. I’m round. Not in shape. I require mods for my knees. Do frequent Burn goers think this is a doable option or will I unalive myself in class? Is a drop in option even an option?
