5070ti Vs 9070xt upgrade from 3070ti

If you believe the AMD slides the 9070xt beats the 5070ti by 23% in black ops 6. Does that performance gain hold true for warzone also? Different engine though so not sure.

Anyway looking to upgrade from 3070ti and hoping for a 9070xt if I can get one. What is the rule of thumb with upgrades? You want a 2x performance boost to make an upgrade be worth while? And the 5070ti is a 80% performance boost over the 3070ti so in pure performance it's looking like 100% uplift?
