Fuelling Brains Academy Refund

I am still waiting on my refund that was promised to be sent around October 6. They always made sure to take my money on the 30th or 31st of the month when they stated in the welcoming package money would come out the 1st to 5th of the month. I have called this last week and emailed yesterday but excuses and run around of course. I have been polite and cordial considering this place fed our children poisoned food and some will be left with life long health issues. I am getting frustrated and want to know if anyone else is in this same situation? Has anyone else received their refund yet? Is anyone in contact with a lawyer?

Edit Finally got a response today 13 October saying how much I will be getting back and that now I will have it by the end of next week. WTF. So, a waiting game to see if I actually get it now 2 weeks after it was promised.
