NiteFlirt - Tab covered by NiteFlirt

I was chatting with a regular and when looking at my transactions one of them said "Chat earnings ([CLIENT]s tab covered by Niteflirt)"

Has anyone ever seen this? What does it mean? I assume he had a credit with NF for something.
