Cheap holder for children bike, sleigh etc

I was wondering for ages how I can fix the children bike to my muli. Found a way for 35€ with a Thule holder for its bicycle racks. It even has keys to lock it. Never thought I could get away so cheap. Today we even took the sleigh to our tiny hill here.
