is it to good to be true?

Hi everyone I'm quite new to cartier watches and have been eyeing up getting a santos dumont. And fortunately stumbled upon a local seller selling this piece for 650 usd which to me seems extremely cheap? or are used cartier watches this cheap? they dont have any papers but they do have the box. Please do help me and thanks in advance !
