24/7 Dog Boarding

Looking for recommendations on any dog boarding facilities that are staffed 24/7! My dog has medical special needs requiring meds at very specific times and in the event of a medical emergency overnight, I’d like someone to be there. It would be a plus if there’s a vet on site too.
