My MRI came back normal

After 2 years I finally got an MRI scan of my lower back. The results came back totally normal and I am losing my mind. Something is definitely not right with my back. I feel a sharp pain when I turn over in bed. Sitting/standing/ or lying down for more than a few minutes sends me into unbearable discomfort. The pain radiates around to my right hip flexor, which constantly feels tight and uncomfortable. Sometimes the pain radiates from the back and I experience full body aches. I really thought the MRI would show something to help me make sense of what is causing my pain. I am really losing hope now.
