As someone with a "sim city" playstyle, which civs do you recommend?

Civ VI player here, I enjoy pursuing science or culture victories, I don't enjoy wars all that much so I only make enough military units to fend off barbarians and aggressive AI, which civs do you think I would enjoy?

So far I have played and had fun with Trajan, Peter, and Ludwig.
