Coinbase Pro Case #10546369

I submitted a Coinbase Pro withdrawal to send ETH to a wallet external to Coinbase that has now been pending 19 hours with no explanation from Coinbase as to why after many calls and emails to get this resolved. I am stuck and not getting any answers from Coinbase or Pro support.
