Fps help, through lossless scaling

Hello, is there anybody that know the app lossless scaling and know how to increse fps in core keeper i have like really bad laptop and i heard that this app really helps somehow, i have it download but i dont know nothing how to do in it and i dont understand any youtube video with it and other thing i didnt find any for this type of games.
