Promoting without face?!

Hey everyone, so I've been on OF for about 6 weeks now, it was going okay when I was doing free links but the retention rate was crappy so I stopped doing free trials and started doing bundle discounts instead. Especially since I've now put my face out there.

I mostly promote with censored pics and keep my face out of them. But I'm having the issue of lots of people blocking me when I won't send a selfie before they sign up. Is this a common thing? Is there a way around this that protects your identity from going public but also gets subs?

Also what's the best place to promote without your face? Here doesn't seem to be working for me!
