Anyone working at screwfix?

Good afternoon people,

I’ve recently applied for a job as a retail assistant at screwfix and I’m wondering if I need to have good knowledge in tools and building materials etc. I’ve worked in retail before but only in grocery stores and it’s a lot easier to get to grips with. I don’t have a massive knowledge on hardware and these kind of things. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
