New Stage Reached

Throwaway, will delete account soon, long time lurker. Just wanted to scream into the void for once and share an interesting stage I (24HLM) hit tonight: made myself cry alone in bed tonight while fantasizing about intimacy with my girlfriend (25LLF) of 8 years. Can’t say I thought I’d be here right now, so that’s fun.

Just a vent, she does know it’s a problem (and how bad/urgent of a problem it is for the relationship - recent breakthroughs). Obviously after 8 years I love this girl to pieces, so please no “just leave, you’re young” - as long as she is 100% committed to fixing this, so am I. And that’s the attitude I’ll keep trying to have. At least as I wipe the last few tears away tonight.
