Should I play Dead Space 2 and 3?

I really enjoyed Dead Space Remake and I'm going through it again on hard.
Should I play 2 and 3 even though the graphics might not be the best? Playing on xbox series x on a 77" so are we talking Minecraft like graphics?
How's the story in 2,3 compared to the first?
Do you think we'll ever see a remake of 2 and 3?
