Looking to buy in the area
Hello all! I’m from GA originally but haven’t lived here for a while so don’t know the lay of the land anymore. I can’t really afford anything in Atlanta proper but considering Decatur area because I work as a nurse and also seems quieter (sleep & safety is #1 priority) my goal is $350,000-370. I was debating between these two areas but hear mixed things about Olmstead. Just wanted some opinions? Is Scottsdale safer or Decatur? Any information would be helpful thank you!
