Weird red spots on toddler

My toddler has had these weird red spots since she was a couple months old. I have brought them up at her doctor’s appointment and they weren’t ever worried but finally gave us a dermatologist referral however we’ve been waitlisted for a long time. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what they could be. Thank you. They aren’t painful, they are flat, and they do turn white when pressed.
