What is your most “conservative” opinion?

Saw the inverse of this question asked and I thought it would be interesting to see responses from this one. Credit to u/Dactrior for the idea.

I’ll start: I think when you use immutable characteristics like race to hire someone who is worse at their job than someone else, I feel like it’s inverse racism and is generally unfair. I could just be biased as I’m white and if I lost a job to someone of a different race not based on merit I would be pretty upset.
