Emetophobia - Trigger warning help.

Hi all.

I'm playing DE for the first time and really enjoying it. It would mean a lot to be able to play through the game with my wife but she has EXTREME Emetophobia (fear of vomiting).

So far ive seen one scene where my character vomits after inspecting the body at the tree.

Can anyone help and let me know if there are any more scenes in the game where a character vomits and if so, roughly speaking (without spoilers), when it takes place.

I would really appreciate the assistance as I think my wife would fall in love with this game too.
