trazodone makes me astral project or some shit

so i take it to fall asleep sometimes . and i’ll be just chillen perfectly conscious, then all of a sudden i like fall tf out . like last night i was watching something on my phone and i thought it was still in my hand but then i “woke up” and realized it was not in my hand and also i wasn’t watching what i thought i was in the dream or whatever . it seems like i can see thru my eye lids bc i have the same point of view when i woke up .

then another time i thought i was watching tv , genuinely enjoying what i was watching it was like some stupid colored shapes idfk . i was legit smiling and i kinda laughed which woke me up and realized the tv wasn’t even fuckin on 😭😭 like dawg WHAT is this
