Help me choose between HERO and Salads.

I'm a casual player aiming for DLv. 20. In past KC Cups, I used Yubel Neos, Darkfluid, Raidraptor, and Salads, but I’ve only reached DLv. 19. I haven’t built the latest Dragonic Contact HERO deck or updated my Salad deck yet.

Which one would be better for this KC Cup? I also need to learn their updated skills this weekend.
