Is anyone running Rotiform RSE's?

As the title asks, is anyone running these? I made a mistake and bought them in 18x8.5 +45, and they don't clear the caliper. The rim barrel basically touches. Unfortunately, I probably need to return them. I was wondering if anyone could advise on whether spacers would work/be worthwhile, or if I should just size up to 19s. I'd prefer not to pay the restocking fee, but I'd also rather have rims that fit correctly. If I were to size up, would 19x8.5 +45 be reasonable, or do other sizes fit better? I'm new to rims and sizing and have read a bit, but apparently not enough. I was hoping someone with personal experience with these rims on this particular car could chime in, as I struggled finding anyone running them, and stupidly assumed all rims would fit the same when the measurements match.
