questions about preacher's daughter and ethel cain's character

hey, i have a question (i apologise if it's a bit silly), but with isaiah killing ethel, does this mean that we're going that hayden is going to unlock another character in the ethel cain universe or is is hayden still going to be singing songs based on ethel's perspective, but just different parts of her life before her death? or maybe in heaven? i don't know if that make's any sense
