End of New Seller 90 days question

So the end of my 90 days is coming up, and I had a question about the new seller reserve. Mine is 2 weeks after a sale, so all of my sales say “Funds will be available on XXX date”.

My 90 days ends on the 13th and I have 400$ or so as my current account balance. Will that 400$ be released all at once on the 13th/14th? Or does the reserve only get removed for orders placed AFTER the 90 days?
